Alternative Living Partners, Inc. provides free information to the public about RCFE facilities. It is a non-profit organization and does not charge RCFE facilities for placements. It helps assisted living facility owners find appropriate residents for their homes by providing an available bed list and educating the public about RCFE homes.

Please compete one application form for each facility. We only list RCFE facilities with a current RCFE license.

We update the Availability Listing daily (excluding weekends and holidays). All availability received through email will be entered the day received. Availability forms sent through fax will be entered into listing within 72 hours. Blank availability forms are at our web site or may be requested via mail or fax.
